A Federal Judge has invalidated an Omni MedSci patent which could open the door for a Blood Glucose solution for Apple Watch

A Federal Judge invalidated Omni MedSci's patent, potentially clearing the way for Apple to develop blood glucose monitoring capabilities for the Apple Watch. The judge deemed all claims of U.S. Patent 10,517,484 'obvious' based on prior inventions, following Apple's petition to cancel the patent in January 2021.
